Simply place your order, and then you will receive an email allowing you to send the voucher by email to the recipient along with a personal message- couldn't be simpler!
How TNG Digital Gift Vouchers Work:
- Add your voucher to your shopping basket and checkout as usual.
- When you have completed your order, you will immediately be sent an email containing a link - when you follow this link you will be able to view a printable version of the voucher, or you may choose to send your voucher onto the recipient via our system along with your own special message.
- The recipient can then shop as normal on our website and use their unique Gift Voucher code to pay for their order.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
How much is home delivery?
- Standard Tracked (Royal Mail) - FREE for orders over £50 (£3.95 for orders under £50)
- Royal Mail 24hr tracked - £4.95
- Next Working Day delivery via DPD (UK mainland only) - £5.95 orders must be placed before 2pm
When will I get my order?
Mon to Thurs, order before 11am select our Royal Mail 24 tracked option at £4.95 and we'll dispatch it same day for next day delivery. Alternatively, order before 11am for DPD next working day delivery.
Orders on Thursday after 12pm and Friday won't be dispatched until Saturday or Monday. If you choose Royal Mail 24, we'll dispatch on Saturday and your order should arrive by Monday. DPD shipping is only available on orders placed Monday - Thursday (11am)
Orders on Saturday or Sunday choosing Royal Mail 24 or DPD will be dispatched on Monday for receipt Tuesday. Choosing Royal Mail 48 means your order may be dispatched Tuesday or Wednesday if we have had a very busy weekend!
