How much is home delivery?
When will I get my order?
We love to get your goodies on their way to you as soon as we can, and aim to dispatch your order as soon as we can providing stock is available. If there is likely to be a delay with your order we will contact you to let you know.
How will my order be sent?
Our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard - peace of mind for you that your order will arrive safely!
We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24* as a delivery option on all orders, which means your order should arrive a little bit sooner. There is a charge of £3.95 for this delivery service.
Choose Next Working Day delivery for our Next Day Courier service via DPD. There is a charge of £8.95 for this service (only available for mainland UK delivery).
If you parcel is large we will send it via DPD courier. This is free of charge to mainland UK addresses. Northern Ireland, Highlands and UK Islands will incur a charge which is calculated on order weight.
Our shopping cart should calculate everything correctly for you, however sometimes things do go wrong and we will contact you in the event that this occurs to offer you the correct shipping fee.
*Please note that parcels delivered via the Royal Mail 24 service are delivered the following day in 95% of cases. However, by Royal Mail standards, these parcel can take up to 14 working days to be delivered.
What happens if I have pre-ordered an item?
Your pre-ordered items will be dispatched to you as soon as the stock is available.
Please note, for orders that contain pre-ordered items, your order will only be shipped once all items are available. Please place separate orders if you need other items urgently.
Is International Delivery available?
As the UK is no longer part of the European Customs Union items sent internationally may be charged VAT and Customs in the destination country. Due to this our checkout is currently limited to a 150 EURO spend on European orders. Currently it is at the discretion and decision of the destination country and out of our control as to whether charges will be incurred so it is difficult for us to know whether you will be charged or not.
These costs are unfortunately out of control and are the responsibility of the customer and as such we are not able to refund shipping costs on any overseas orders that are declined because of customs charges.
We advise that you check with your local customs for further information in regards to what customs charges your delivery may incur, and sadly we cannot accept any liability for charges based on the above information.
For international orders the shopping basket will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping method and a price based on the content of your basket. If the basket displays that no delivery method is valid, please contact us and we will provide a quotation via email.

Parcels delivered using the Royal Mail International Service can, by Royal Mail standards, take up to 21 working days to be delivered.
Please note that there are some products and brand that we are restricted on shipping internationally. If your basket won't complete to checkout this is the most likely cause.
