How much is home delivery?
When will I get my order?
We love to get your goodies on their way to you as soon as we can, and aim to dispatch your order as soon as we can providing stock is available. If there is likely to be a delay with your order we will contact you to let you know.
How will my order be sent?
Our orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard - peace of mind for you that your order will arrive safely!
We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24* as a delivery option on all orders, which means your order should arrive a little bit sooner. There is a charge of £2.95 for this delivery service.
Choose Next Working Day delivery for our Next Day Courier service via DPD. There is a charge of £6.95 for this service (only available for mainland UK delivery).
If you parcel is large we will send it via DPD courier. This is free of charge to mainland UK addresses. Northern Ireland, Highlands and UK Islands will incur a charge which is calculated on order weight.
Our shopping cart should calculate everything correctly for you, however sometimes things do go wrong and we will contact you in the event that this occurs to offer you the correct shipping fee.
*Please note that parcels delivered via the Royal Mail 24 service are delivered the following day in 95% of cases. However, by Royal Mail standards, these parcel can take up to 14 working days to be delivered.
What happens if I have pre-ordered an item?
Your pre-ordered items will be dispatched to you as soon as the stock is available.
Please note, for orders that contain pre-ordered items, your order will only be shipped once all items are available. Please place separate orders if you need other items urgently.
Is International Delivery available?
Yes it is! The shopping basket will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping method and a price based on the content of your basket. If the basket displays that no delivery method is valid, please contact us and we will provide a quotation via email.
Please note there some countries that unfortunately we are unable to ship to, please see below for details.
Parcels delivered using the Royal Mail International Service can, by Royal Mail standards, take up to 21 working days to be delivered.
Please note that there are some products and brand that we are restricted on shipping internationally. If your basket won't complete to checkout this is the most likely cause.

We hope you're happy with your order from The Nappy Gurus, but if for any reason you decide your purchase isn't right for you, you can return unwanted items up to 30 working days after delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return delivery charges.

If you’re a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to 14 days to cancel your whole order with us for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid at time of order). This two week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation.
How do I return an item?
Please carefully re-package your items, don't forget to include your name, the order/invoice number and details of whether the items are to be exchanged or refunded. You can use your dispatch note for this purpose if you are returning your whole order.

Please note, you are responsible for the postage and packaging costs for your return, unless an item is faulty or was received in error. We strongly recommend that you get a certificate of posting (these are free of charge) from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail. We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.
How do I get a faulty item replaced?
