What can I use my real nappy voucher for?

Your real nappy voucher can only be used to buy reusable nappies, wraps, booster pads, liners, nappy fasteners or training pants.

It cannot be used to buy swim nappies, buckets, changing mats, clothes or other such baby products.

Please note The Nappy Guru Try Cloth scheme is not redeemable with a council incentive voucher.

How do I redeem my real nappy voucher?

Please refer to individual reusable nappy voucher incentive schemes below for the redemption process as they vary depending on the arrangment with the council authority.

Terms & Conditions:

• Goods can only be dispatched to the name and address given on the voucher and order (ensure these match)
• Vouchers cannot be accepted for a purchase made retrospectively
• No cash change can be given
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date shown on the voucher.

Real Nappies for London Scheme

We are a registered supplier for the Real Nappies for London incentive scheme. This means that if you are eligible for a financial incentive from your local London Borough Council, your voucher may be redeemed directly through our store. Find out whether your borough is part of the Real Nappies for London Scheme using our list of real nappy council incentive schemes.

Denbighshire & Flintshire Nappy Vouchers

Denbighshire & Flintshire Council offer £25 vouchers towards the purchase of reusable nappies only. This is redeemable with us here at The Nappy Gurus.

Simply place your order as usual and email a copy of your voucher over to help@thenappygurus.com

We will get this validated with the council and then your voucher amount will be refunded via your original payment method.

Torfaen Nappy Vouchers

Torfaen Council offer £30 vouchers towards the purchase of reusable nappies only. This is redeemable with us here at The Nappy Gurus.

Simply place your order as usual and email a copy of your voucher over to help@thenappygurus.com

We will get this validated with the council and then your voucher amount will be refunded via your original payment method.

Cumbria Nappy Vouchers

Cumbria County Council offer £30 vouchers towards the purchase of reusable nappies only (with a minimum spend of £45. For twins a voucher of £45 is available with a minimum spend of £67.50) This is redeemable with us here at The Nappy Gurus.

Simply place your order as usual and email a copy of your voucher over to help@thenappygurus.com. Please remember to sign and date your voucher before emailing.

We will get this validated with the council and then your voucher amount will be refunded via your original payment method.

Herefordshire Nappy Vouchers

Herefordshire Council are offering a voucher for a one off spend of up to £200 towards - Reusable nappies, Complete reusable nappy kits, Reusable nappy liners and one nappy bucket or bag. You can apply for your voucher here. This is redeemable with us here at The Nappy Gurus.

Once your application with Herefordshire Council has been approved, email us at help@thenappygurus.com with your reference number and we will issue your voucher.

This voucher can be then be redeemed directly on the website on the selected products listed above.
