All our fabrics are prewashed in water only at 40 degrees to allow for shrinkage prior to being sewn into reusable products.

We recommend machine washing at 40 degrees with a non-bio powder as this will protect the longevity of your reusable products and prevent shrinkage. However, you can also wash at 60 if you wish - for example if your baby has been unwell. Always ensure you set the machine to a long cycle with a maximum spin of 1000. Washing above 40 degrees will effect the longevity of your product.

Wash before use and between uses. Do not iron, bleach or use vinegar. Ensure velcro products are separated in a mesh bag. Fabric softener or conditioner can reduce the absorbency of reusable products so do not use these. We recommend always air drying your reusable products.

How much is home delivery?

Standard Tracked (Royal Mail) - FREE for orders over £50 (£3.95 for orders under £50)
Royal Mail 24hr tracked - £4.95
Next Working Day delivery via DPD (UK mainland only) - £5.95 orders must be placed before 2pm

When will I get my order?

Mon to Thurs, order before 11am select our Royal Mail 24 tracked option at £4.95 and we'll dispatch it same day for next day delivery. Alternatively, order before 11am for DPD next working day delivery.

Orders on Thursday after 12pm and Friday won't be dispatched until Saturday or Monday. If you choose Royal Mail 24, we'll dispatch on Saturday and your order should arrive by Monday. DPD shipping is only available on orders placed Monday - Thursday (11am)

Orders on Saturday or Sunday choosing Royal Mail 24 or DPD will be dispatched on Monday for receipt Tuesday. Choosing Royal Mail 48 means your order may be dispatched Tuesday or Wednesday if we have had a very busy weekend!
