Do Cheeky provide a free period starter pack in the UK?

No, unfortunately we don't provide a period starter pack free of charge. We're a small independent company and don't have the budgets of P&G, Unilever etc to giveaway free period products.

Using Your Period Starter Kit

If it's your first time trying out reusable period protection, we recommend that you prewash one pair and try them at home to get used to them.

Simply wear the period underwear as you would normal underwear. Depending on your flow, you might need to change every 4-6 hours. For heavy period days, pair with the included bamboo or cotton pad for double protection which also means you can whip it out at lunchtime for that fresh knickers feeling and no fuss!

Initially, try your new period gear at home to gauge how they handle your personal flow. After that, use the wetbag to pop it into your school bag!

Washing and Care Guide
