What positions can I carry my baby in?
The Ergobaby Dream is suitable for carrying your baby in the front carry position facing inwards or outwards and the back carrying position. It is not recommended to back carry your child until they have strong head, neck and torso control and can also consistently push themselves independently into a seated position. The front carry position facing outwards is only recommended to be used for short periods of time and should not be used until your little one has good head and neck control and their chin clears the top of the panel, do not allow your little one to sleep in this carry position. You can also breastfeed in this carrier, simply adjust the carrier so that you and your baby are comfortable.

What ages/weights is this carrier suitable for?
This carrier is suitable for little ones within the weight range of 7-45lbs which is on average newborn to 4 years.
How do I clean my carrier?
You can machine wash your Ergobaby carrier with a mild detergent at 30 degrees, we recommend putting the carrier in a pillowcase before washing. Please make sure to air dry your carrier. Do not use any bleach products, fabric softeners, perfumes, dyes, chlorine, or optical brighteners when washing your carrier.
How much is home delivery?
- Standard Tracked - FREE for orders over £30 (£2.95 for orders under £30)
- Express Tracked - £4.95
- Next Working Day delivery via DPD (UK mainland only) - £5.95 orders must be placed before 2pm

When will I get my order?
- Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday. During peak periods this may be slower. For priority processing select Express Delivery
- Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day
- Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders for Next Working Day delivery via DPD must be placed before 2pm.
