Wear this toner everyday for 15 minutes. You start at the lightest weight combination and change the balls, in accordance with the programme, until the 12 week programme is completed. This product must be sterilised before use, instructions on how to do this are in the box. Do not use petroleum based cleaners as this will damage the product. You can use a lubricant if needed with the Kegal Toner, but it must be water-based only.

- Thoroughly clean with water & antibacterial soap or silicone friendly cleaner before and after each use.
- Not for use during the menstrual period or gestation.

- Royal Mail 24hr tracked - £4.95
- Next Working Day delivery via DPD (UK mainland only) - £5.95 orders must be placed before 2pm
When will I get my order?
Mon to Thurs, order before 11am select our Royal Mail 24 tracked option at £4.95 and we'll dispatch it same day for next day delivery. Alternatively, order before 11am for DPD next working day delivery.
Orders on Thursday after 12pm and Friday won't be dispatched until Saturday or Monday. If you choose Royal Mail 24, we'll dispatch on Saturday and your order should arrive by Monday. DPD shipping is only available on orders placed Monday - Thursday (11am)
Orders on Saturday or Sunday choosing Royal Mail 24 or DPD will be dispatched on Monday for receipt Tuesday. Choosing Royal Mail 48 means your order may be dispatched Tuesday or Wednesday if we have had a very busy weekend!
