Returns

Our 'No Quibble' Returns Policy

In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order, for a full refund (inclusive of any postage paid) within 7 working days of your order. You are however responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.

Return or Exchange:

If for any reason you change your mind and decide that you no longer want the items that were delivered to you, we will accept them back, unworn/ unwashed and in saleable condition within 30 working days of delivery, and you will receive a full refund.

Exceptions: Final Sale or Clearance items- these items can not be returned or exchanged.

Returning a Faulty Item:

Occasionally you may experience a fault with your item. Please email store@fill-your-pants.com with the details of the fault and a photo of the defect (if visable) and we will get straight back to you with details of the next step.

How do I return an item?

You are responsible for the return postage and package costs unless an item is faulty or was received in error, and it is always strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting (these are free of charge) from the Post Office, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation from Royal Mail.

We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.

Where return postage costs are to be funded by FYP, only a basic service is to be used. Where a premium service is used (i.e. Special Delivery) your return postage costs may not be refunded in full.

A NOTE ABOUT RETURNS AND FREE GIFTS:

If a coupon code had been used for a free gift and on return of all or part of your order if your order value falls below the threshold required for the free gift the free gift must be returned unwashed/unused in original packaging or the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
