Have just started using these and I love them! No problem with them slipping for me. Very comfortable, no smells, no itching or sweatiness, no leaks, easy to use and wash. Will be buying more soon.

I am a wheelchair user so I don't get much airflow through that area. I have used TENA in the past but by the end of the day I felt I smelt a bit. My sister told me to try these, not only am I no longer adding to the landfill, there are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them and I no longer smell at the end of the day. I tell all my female friends about them as they are so easy to use, wash and dry. Once you've tried them you won't go back.

They work as well as the nappies!
These don't aggravate like disposable liners but...

Heavily pregnant with a shot pelvic floor = need for liners. Disposable liners = thrush and misery. Having converted to cloth nappies I thought these had to be worth a go... No thrush, soft, absorbent... But I feel like I want to stick them in with double sided tape as they wriggle away more easily than I'd like... Suggestions for keeping them in place welcome as I love everything else about them!
works well but slips around too easily

Can't complain about the absorbency but unlike disposable pads, there is no sticky bit on the back so I have found it difficult to keep it in place. It hasn't leaked yet but I feel like it is only a matter of time...
